For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Any reference in these Terms to a specific law, regulation, or guideline shall be construed as a reference to that law, regulation, or guideline as amended, extended, re-enacted, or replaced from time to time.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jelly taka, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of jelly taka or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jelly taka or had a jelly taka account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You have not been declared legally incapable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Age Verification

jelly taka reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any stage of a Player's account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and whenever jelly taka has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be under the minimum age. During any active age verification process, the Player's ability to make withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

If a Player is found to be under 18 years of age, jelly taka will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return the deposited funds (net of any bonuses claimed) to the payment method used for the original deposit. jelly taka will not pay any winnings accrued by an underage player under any circumstances.

To access real-money games and sports betting markets on jelly taka, you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on jelly taka. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether using the same identity, a different identity, or via a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jelly taka will close all duplicate accounts upon discovery and may permanently ban the associated Player from the Platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify jelly taka immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jelly taka will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Account Currency

All jelly taka accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Account currency cannot be changed after registration. All displayed odds, balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Deposits

jelly taka accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside of jelly taka's control.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account holder of the funding source is not the same person as the registered jelly taka account holder — are strictly prohibited. jelly taka reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder and to suspend the relevant Player account pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and capabilities of that payment method. jelly taka processes verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours during normal operating conditions.

Before processing any withdrawal, jelly taka may require the Player to complete the KYC verification process described in Section 3. Withdrawals will be held pending successful completion of KYC. Players who have active Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements must fulfil those requirements before any portion of their balance related to the bonus activity becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Fees

jelly taka does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may levy their own transaction fees, which are the Player's sole responsibility. jelly taka has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees.

jelly taka offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and are aged 18 or above.
• jelly taka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal, modification, or cancellation does not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's account.
• Players may not hold more than one welcome bonus simultaneously. Once a welcome bonus has been claimed and either completed or forfeited, it cannot be claimed again.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Any Bonus Funds not fully wagered within this period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and carry no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• jelly taka reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any associated winnings in cases where a Player is found to have engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or bonus-abusive behaviour, as determined at jelly taka's sole discretion.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all bonus awards are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to any given bonus is stated clearly on the promotion's detail page before you opt in. jelly taka does not retroactively change the wagering requirement applicable to a bonus that has already been credited to a Player's account.

Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type. As a general guide: slots contribute 100% of each bet staked, live casino games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat) contribute 10%, and sports bets placed at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates for all games are listed in the Bonus Terms section of the Platform.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on jelly taka are subject to the rules of the respective game or sport, as defined by the relevant game provider or sports data supplier. These rules are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant market's information page.

Random Number Generation

All RNG-based casino games on jelly taka use certified Random Number Generation software provided by the relevant game supplier. jelly taka does not modify, override, or interfere with the RNG outputs of any game. Each game outcome is independent of all previous outcomes.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, or the ICC for international T20 matches). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, jelly taka's decision, based on the data provided by its sports data supplier, shall be final.

jelly taka reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has already commenced (late bets), any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price due to a technical fault or human error, and any bet placed in a market that has been opened in error.

Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, server error, software fault, or disconnection that interrupts a game round, jelly taka will use all reasonable technical means to reconstruct the interrupted round. If the round cannot be reconstructed, the bet amount placed on that round will be returned to the Player's account balance. No additional compensation will be offered for a game malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jelly taka Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any outstanding balance:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, forged documents, or misrepresenting your age or identity during registration or KYC verification.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers by registering multiple accounts, using third-party payment methods to meet deposit requirements for bonuses, or engaging in any form of co-ordinated bonus farming.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live game show formats where Player decisions affect each other's outcomes.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets on all possible outcomes across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee a risk-free profit, thereby exploiting pricing inefficiencies.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or make decisions on the Platform without genuine human input.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform as a vehicle to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. jelly taka cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected money laundering activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in respect of a deposit that was legitimately credited to your account and used for wagering.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access any area of the Platform to which you are not authorised, interfering with the Platform's code, database, or infrastructure, or introducing malicious code of any kind.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to your jelly taka account by any person under the age of 18, regardless of whether any actual gambling activity takes place.

jelly taka's fraud and risk team actively monitors account activity for indicators of Prohibited Conduct. If Prohibited Conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jelly taka reserves the right to freeze the account, withhold any outstanding withdrawal requests, and conduct a full investigation before determining the appropriate action. Players affected by a freeze may contact [email protected] to request clarification.

Closure by the Player

You may close your jelly taka account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, jelly taka will process the closure within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (net of any active Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to your most recently used payment method within 10 business days of the closure date, subject to successful KYC verification if not already completed.

Suspension or Closure by jelly taka

jelly taka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, at its sole discretion, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected engagement in any Prohibited Conduct described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity associated with the account.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure — whether via a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion — should refer to our Responsible Gaming page for the full range of tools available. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jelly taka and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether jelly taka had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, jelly taka specifically disclaims all liability for:

• Losses arising from your reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from delays in depositing, crediting, or withdrawing funds due to third-party payment provider issues or network failures outside jelly taka's direct control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or unexpected technical outages, regardless of their duration.
• Losses arising from changes to applicable laws or regulations that restrict your ability to use the Platform in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jelly taka's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jelly taka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to Players. When material changes are made, jelly taka will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and may additionally send a notification to the registered email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in full. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the operative language for all purposes including interpretation, enforcement, and dispute resolution. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience does not have legal effect and the English version shall prevail in all cases.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jelly taka with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
